History of IP Switzerland
The “Integral Politics Switzerland” party and movement was founded on May 7, 2011.
It was transferred from the interest group “Integral Politics Party”, which had been founded on November 17, 2007 and which had done several years of preparatory work. Prior to this, a core group – consisting of 10 men and 10 women – had drawn up a foundational whitepaper from January 2006. This was based on the book “After Capitalism” by Gil Ducommun. The website www.integrale-politik.ch was launched on May 17, 2008.
The founding president of the interest group was Gil Ducommun. From May 9, 2009 until the transfer, the association was co-chaired by Gil Ducommun and Gary Zemp.
