Organization and Structure
The basic organizational structure of Integral Politics is described in our bylaws.
The IP consists of the “Integral Politics Switzerland” association and other regional associations. As a member, you are always a member of IP Switzerland and also a member of the association in your region of residence – if it exists.
Circle Organization
In 2022, IP transferred its organizational structure to a new model. This model is based on the principles of self-organization.
The activities now take place in so-called “circles”. Circles are teams that work together and as independently as possible towards their part of our vision.
Circles are connected to each other by two people who are members of both circles.

Co-Chairs of IP Switzerland
The General Assembly of IP Switzerland elected the current co-chairs Kathrin Schelker and Simon Berg on May 12, 2024.
The co-chairs are permanent members of the “Inner” Circle of IP Switzerland and actively participate in the Inner Circle as equals.
